Brittany BatesBrittany’s younger sister, who is diagnosed with autism and Down Syndrome, inspired her to work with individuals with special needs. She worked as a Behavior Interventionist in Reno and later moved to Las Vegas to further her career. She graduated from the University of Reno, Nevada (UNR) with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She earned her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from Florida Institute of Technology. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Working with individuals with special needs continues to be her passion.
