Jandery Vargas received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, minor in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2011. Since graduating, Jandery has been working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) using the Lovaas model.
Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she implemented one- to –one ABA intervention to a diverse range of age groups. Jandery dedicated a year of her life in Spain, helping develop The Lovaas Center Madrid, and today compliments her work by serving both English and Spanish Speaking families in Southern Nevada.
As a Behavioral Consultant, her responsibilities include consulting and supervising home programs, which includes instructing and training parents and team members in ABA principles, implementing discrete trial and laws of behavior.
Jandery holds a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician, and is currently pursuing her BCBA and Master’s degree at UNLV.
