Samantha Joy Jasa has been working with children diagnosed with autism in Las Vegas since 2008.
In 2009, she attended the University of San Diego, and continued to work with children with autism in the San Diego area. Samantha received her bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from the University of San Diego in 2013.
After moving back to Las Vegas, she went back to school at UNLV and started consulting for the Lovaas Center for Behavior Intervention. She received her master’s in special education in 2015, with an emphasis in autism and applied behavior analysis.
Currently, Samantha continues to consult for the Lovaas Center for Behavior intervention as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Nevada.
Samantha is also currently a doctoral student at UNLV, focusing on special education. Her research involves teaching children with autism how to spell words using the iPad.
