Registered Behavioral Technician


What it is:
The Registered Behavior Technician or “RBT” is a certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board  to persons who, after completing 40-hours of training and passing a proctored exam, can deliver services to children with autism receiving public funding. The RBT  practices under the close and ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Assistant Analyst (BCaBA).  The RBT is a position responsible for delivering 1:1 instruction, implementing behavior plans developed by the BCBA, collecting data and maintaining a professional relationship with parents and other services.

How to get your RBT certification:
We are hiring enthusiastic and responsible individuals who are looking for employment in a flexible, supportive, and fun work environment. No prior experience is necessary, we will assist you in getting your RBT and provide you with on-going training. The pay is competitive and you can work anywhere from six to 30 hours per week.
